Back in the 90s, we would host Moondoggies surf contests. We recently stumbled across these old fliers from the events, and got inspired to bring them back in the near future.

Contrary to popular belief, the Moondoggies Beach Club logo is not, in fact, shop owner Randy Adler.  We sat down with Randy to uncover the full story behind the brand and what transpired was a conversation that delved much deeper into surf history and culture than expected. We couldn’t resist sharing it with you.
